Refund & Replacement Policy

1. No Refunds

All purchases of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds or returns once a product has been delivered or accessed.

2. Replacement Eligibility Window

Replacement requests are accepted only within 12 hours of product delivery.
Requests made before delivery or after 12 hours from delivery will not be considered.

3. Type of Replacement

If approved, a replacement may be provided as:

  • The same product, or
  • A different product of equal value, depending on the product and availability.

4. Approval at Our Discretion

All replacement requests are reviewed and approved at our sole discretion. Proof of the issue may be required.
